By using zenvoraq.in or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Zenvoraq is an online retail business serving customers in India. We source products from Indian suppliers and fulfilment partners (dropshipping).

2. Using our website

  • You must be legally able to enter into a contract.
  • Give accurate information when you order.
  • Use the site only for lawful purposes. Don't misuse it, copy its content or try to disrupt it.

3. Products and prices

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
  • Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them. Small differences in colour or appearance can occur.
  • Stock and prices can change without notice.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when we accept it. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

5. Payment

You can pay online through Razorpay using UPI, cards, RuPay and net banking, or choose Cash on Delivery where available. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

  • Orders are processed in 24–48 hrs and delivered in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free within India.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

7. Discount codes

Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes may have conditions such as eligible products or a minimum quantity. We may change or end an offer at any time.

8. Product use and safety

Please read and follow the instructions that come with your product. Use products only for their intended purpose. We are not responsible for harm caused by misuse.

9. Intellectual property

The Zenvoraq name, logo, website design, text and images belong to Zenvoraq or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Other brand names belong to their owners.

10. Liability

We work to keep the website running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes your rights under Indian consumer-protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts and consumer authorities in India.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its "Last updated" date, is the current one.
