2. How we operate
Zenvoraq sells products to customers in India. Products are supplied and shipped by Indian suppliers and fulfilment partners, so your parcel may ship from a location different from our address. See our Shipping Policy.
3. Product information and country of origin
Product pages and packaging show product details. Some products supplied by Indian suppliers may be made outside India. Where the law requires it, the manufacturer, importer, country of origin, quantity and MRP are shown on the product page, packaging, label or invoice. We do not knowingly describe an imported product as made in India.
4. Prices
Prices are in INR and shown at checkout. Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout or on the invoice.
5. Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations.
