  • Payment status: whether your payment succeeded. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store them.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar tools.
  • Messages and reviews: anything you send us or post.

2. Why we use it

  • To process, deliver and support your order, including returns and refunds.
  • To contact you about your order. If you opt in, we also send offers and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
  • To improve our website and products.
  • To meet legal and tax obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with:

  • Shopify, which runs our store;
  • Razorpay and other payment providers;
  • our suppliers and courier partners, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver your order; and
